Skip the tutorial; the saved time will be added to your break time.
Take breaks smartly (start with a short one break at your seat for to rest, then about 5 min between each block, making them a bit longer toward the end.

Bring a low-carb snack like a protein bar to avoid an insulin spike, and have some caffeine if you need it (but consider bathroom during break)
